How to use the GMP+ Monitoring database?

Tuesday, May 30, 2023

In some cases, GMP+ certified companies must share the analysis results of their feed in the GMP+ Monitoring database. Sharing the analysis results is important, because it enables GMP+ International, and other stakeholders, to gain insight into the control of feed safety.

The purposes for which this information is used include updating the analysis protocols, for instance for aflatoxin. And of course, this source of information is also of great added value for companies. The GMP+ Monitoring database enables certified companies to set up, manage and update their own HACCP programmes.

How to upload your analysis results

We have developed an instructional video explaining and demonstrating how to submit your analysis results. We show you how to share your results anonymously with GMP+ International; how you (or the laboratory) can perform a digital submission; and how to make a report of all the GMP+ community results.

At the moment, the video is only available in English. We will shortly be adding subtitles in Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian and Polish.

Other videos

Two short videos on ‘how to use the Risk Assessments’ and ‘how to submit an EWS notification’ are also available on YouTube.
