Why the Change?
Since 2018, GMP+ International has released the most updated GMP+ scheme documents in January. However, the short timeline between finalising changes, completing translations, and preparing effective communication materials has posed challenges.
To ensure sufficient time for:
- Comprehensive approval with our Advisory Structure,
- Accurate translations, and
- Well-prepared communication materials,
we’ve decided to move the annual publication date to the first week of March.
Key Points:
- Next changes: The upcoming GMP+ FC scheme changes will be published mid-February 2025 and will come into effect on 1 March 2025.
- One-year implementation period: Companies will continue to have one year to implement the changes, maintaining the current transition period.
This revised schedule aims to uphold the high quality and clarity of our updates while ensuring a smoother transition process for all stakeholders.
