GMP+ International is a fantastic organisation, and close to my heart. It is also in a very strong position. We are financially healthy, experiencing steady growth with a good outlook, and – most importantly – high customer satisfaction. This is thanks to our hard working team who have done exceptionally well, and our community who have continued to inspire us and push for progress.
Moreover, we have an exciting new direction. Building on an extraordinary legacy of feed safety, we have set our sights on enhancing our support for sustainable feed, with a vision and mission to match.
With this firm foundation in place, I informed our Supervisory Board that I will be seeking a new challenge and that I believe now is the right time for me to hand over the reins, and for a new leader to shape that future further. With regret, they have accepted. The task of recruiting a new MD has been assigned to Maes & Lunau, and I will stay on until my successor is in place to ensure a smooth transition.
I don’t yet know what challenge I will undertake next, but whatever comes I will bring with me fond memories and great pride in how far our community has come.
