GMP+ International partners with Samen Tegen Voedselverspilling for a safer, more sustainable feed supply chain

GMP+ International partners with Samen Tegen Voedselverspilling to tackle food waste and enhance feed safety. This partnership unites our efforts for a safer, more sustainable supply chain.

GMP+ International is excited to announce a new partnership with Samen Tegen Voedselverspilling (Together Against Food Waste), a Netherlands-based public-private initiative committed to achieving Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 12.3 by combating food loss and waste. This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to promoting feed safety, fostering sustainability, and creating a more efficient and responsible animal feed production chain.

Working Together

Through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), GMP+ International and Samen Tegen Voedselverspilling will collaborate to exchange information on food waste and feed safety. The partnership includes joint participation in expert committees and key industry events, establishing a platform to support and promote initiatives that drive positive change across the feed and food supply chains.

“By initiating this partnership, we emphasize our mission on responsible feed production, next to feed safety. We are very much looking forward to working together and to support the feed industry to reduce its footprint on this planet.” – Martine Boon, Managing Director

Knowledge is power

By sharing knowledge, standards, and insights, both organisations aim to achieve meaningful progress in feed safety and sustainability. We look forward to this impactful collaboration, which will help to address market developments while upholding the highest standards of feed safety and food waste reduction.
