GMP+ Monitoring database

The GMP+ Monitoring database contains anonymised analysis results from GMP+ certified companies. This allows other GMP+ certified companies to improve their risk management systems.

Manually entering a new sample

You can manually enter a new sample by clicking the "+ Enter new sample" button. Simply follow the steps and click "Create" to submit the sample*.

*If the laboratory you work with is not listed in the drop-down menu, please enter its name in the 'Note' field.

Digital submission of analysis results

You can also submit analysis results digitally via an Excel or XML file. Either you or the laboratory can prepare the file and submit it to the GMP+ Monitoring database. To be processed correctly, the file must meet certain conditions.

In both formats, you can:
Supplement an already registered sample with analysis results or,
Submit all data digitally.
