In the menu Monitoring database, you can find ‘my groups’. Their you see all the groups that you are a member of.

If you are the owner of a group, you can manage the group members on this page.

If you don’t have any groups under you, the page will look like the picture below. Starting a new group from this page can be done by clicking on the link to the form where you can apply for a new group.
