Earlier this month we started a long-term partnership with two companies, Xuntos & Online Department, to improve our services for our GMP+ Community.
These improvements are based on extensive research among our customers and are summarised into so-called customer needs. Based on this, we created a multi-year plan to improve our database and services and make them more user friendly. We are looking forward to collaborate with the experts of Xuntos & Online Department and are confident that they will help us in realising these improvements in the coming times ahead.
